Poured In Place Rubber Surfacing - Tallahassee, FL
The entrance to this bulding had been resurfaced with a hand applied concrete finish to cover up some cracks. The finish was begining to deteriorate. Our team of trained experts were able to transform this business entry using a non slip poured in place rubber surface. This surface is a combination of both brown EPDM and beie EPDM. Special care was taken to apply the poured in place surfacing to the front curb with a hard to achieve verticle application of the poured in place rubber products. In just a day, we were able to transform this entry way from ordinary to extraordinary using the highest quality poured in place rubber products in the hands of skilled professional installers.

Playground Storage Unit - Tallahassee, FL
This is not your average storage building. Our client needed additional space at their daycare for storage. We designed this storage unit to be water tight, and extremely durable. This custom build storage unit features 16" O.C. stuf construction, full tyvek wrap, 1/2" plywood sheathing, two windows with proper flashing, a state of the art security lock that allows the user to enter a pass code to unlock the door, and also automatically locks its self. This storage unit was built to keep items safe and secure, and more importantly last a lifetime. We also installed vinyl soffits that match the appearance of the existing building. The entire unit was covered in Hardi Board siding, then painted with premium oil based paint. We are very proud of the way this one turned out!

Lee Elementary School - Lee, FL
The funding for this wonderful playground was provided by Nestle Waters. Lee Elementary School is located about an hour east of Tallahassee, in rural Lee County. The school had a very limited amount of playground equipment, particularly for older students. Working with staff and parents we designed this playground to challenge and entertain the older 4th and 5th grade children. This playground features a zip line, horizontal rung ladders, a cyclone spinner, lilly pad obstacles, a large chain climbing wall and much more. Special thanks to the entire staff of Lee Elementary school and to Mrs. Harriet Brewer for all of her hard work and dedication to the project. The school is also having the surfacing donated by a local company and will be using volunteers to install 8" of protective sand under the playground. We hope to have some pictures to share when the get it completed.

Growing Room Three - Tallahassee, FL
This was one of our custom designed playgrounds, it features two separate playground areas, one for children under two years old and another for children over two years old. We incorporated a one of a kind shade structure on this playground to keep the equipment cool and prevent burns during the hot summer months. This playground is packed with fun including bongo drums, a fun hoop, poured in place rubber surfacing and over 7500 sqft of rubber mulch. The toddler area of this playground features a sand and water table, slides and so much more. Special thanks to the owners at Growing Room and to the wonderful staff and Parrish Builders.

Generations Park at Lake Ella- Tallahassee, FL
This park was built upon a beautiful back drop, Tallahassee's own Lake Ella. This project was designed to provide a communal area for children of all ages as well as young adults, adults and the elderly. This park features a walking course with fitness equipment, Nicros climbing boulders, a tire swing, horse shoe pit water fountain and more. We even custom built a one of a kind stone fire pit for the community to use. The entire funding for the project was raised through donations. Part of the donations were through the use of memorial bricks, which we incorporated into the design of the park by inlaying them into the concrete path system.

Maclay School - Tallahassee, FL

Maclay School in Tallahassee, FL is building a new pre-school. The problem was that their existing playground was at the location where the new school was to be built. Not to worry, our skilled staff of professionals were able to disassemble all of the old equipment and relocate it safely to the new playground site. We also installed new swings, a new geo dome, two new basketball goals, mulch, border and more!

St. Paul's United Methodist Church - Tallahassee, FL

This beautiful church has one flaw, it severely lacks space for growth and expansion. The church was really lacking an area for older children to partake in athletics such as basketball, volley ball etc. Working closely with our design team, we utilized part of the existing parking lot to build a new and safe area for the kids to play. This basketball court features two adjustable basketball hoops, a reinforced concrete slab as well as a 10' safety fence.

First Baptist Church - Blountstown, FL
This playground is truly a wonderful addition to a wonderful church. Prior to our design and installation, this church had playground equipment that dated back to the 1960's, aside from being old, it was also very unsafe by today's standards. Our team installed a state of the art metal modular playground, a massive shade structure with a concrete pad underneath, four swings, a giant climbing wall, a merry go round and a tether ball station. This playground features natural safety surfacing, with pressure treated timbers and cypress mulch.

This beautiful playground located in South Florida features the highest quality metal playground equipment available. The playground was designed from the ground up by our staff and features a beautiful shade structure, first class modular playground with two massive slides, a four inch reinforced concrete slab, benches, spring riders and beautiful decorative surfacing inlays. This project helped bring the beach a little closer to the neighborhood, with palm trees to boot!

This playground actually is divided into three separate playgrounds, each with its own age appropriate equipment. This playground features state of the art modular playground equipment from Play Land; three huge shade structures from Superior Shade and rot o-molded plastic equipment from Little Tikes Commercial and Sports Play for the infants and toddlers. This playground was also designed from the ground up by our expert team. What is unique about this playground is that it is actually on top of what used to be a parking lot. We installed all of the equipment and fencing on top of asphalt using special techniques and tools. This playground features modular playground equipment from Sports Play, a giant four bay swing, a climbing wall and a spring see saw. We utilized pressure treated timbers and recycled wood mulch for the perimeter and surfacing.

We call this playground our Cinderella Story. The area that was allocated for this project was not very large, and was at an extreme slope. With the use of heavy machinery and the implementation of a retaining wall, we were able to create a wonderful playground. This playground features recycled plastic equipment from Sports play, a custom fabricated rock wall, two spring riders, a play house and much more! We utilized pressure treated timber and shredded cypress mulch on this playground.
